Deliveries will be as soon as possible to the address on your order and are 'best effort' based. Subject to delays outside our control, the overall delivery period normally will not exceed 14 days. During the Peak X'mas Season, please allow up to 4 weeks delivery period.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We will issue a full refund or replacement of goods in all instances where:
1. The product is defective.
2. Wrong product was sent to Customers.
In all instances, Customers should contact our customer services to request a refund or replacement within 14 days. Please email us at support@gasdetectordepot.com for return instructions. A refund or replacement will be issued to Customers following their receipt at that address within 30 days of that date.
